I’ve been teaching barbering at Swarthy’s since 2013and LAUSD before that. Cutting hair pays the bills; teaching is what made me sharper at it. If you are a licensed barber, an apprentice, or a student who wants the fundamentals done right, this is what I offer.

WHAT WE COVER

Beard architecture - mapping shape to bone structure instead of copying a photo. Straight razor safety and control. Fade and clipper-over-comb fundamentals that hold up across hair textures. The consultation: three questions that stop a bad haircut before it starts. And how to build a chair that fills itself.

FORMAT

Small groups, so everyone gets one on one, hands-on time and everyone gets watched. Held at the studio at 14719 Rinaldi St, or brought to your shop or school. Dates and registration are posted here as they open.
