I’m Itzy J. - licensed barber, twenty years behind the chair, and an instructor at Swarthy’s since 2013. I’ve spent more than a decade teaching other barbers how to cut, shape, and read a face. Now I’m doing that work one chair at a time at 14719 Rinaldi St in San Fernando.
